2008年6月成功开发了高性能非金属复合材料型线架空导线JLRX/F（美国称为HVCRC导线），2009年3月在上海电缆研究所完成全性能试验，其180℃高温的拉断力高达172kN，铝线的导电率高达63.8％I ACS，公司的战略布局又迈出实质性的一步。
In June 2008, we succeeded in developing the Non-metal Composite-core Formed-wire Overhead Conductor with high performance――“JLRX/F” （HVCRC Conductor in USA）, all performance tests of which were conducted in Shanghai Electric Cable Research Institute in March 2009. The high-temperature tensile strength can reach 172kN at 180℃ and the aluminum conductivity can arrive at 63.8％I ACS, which means we have had a substantial step forward in the strategic layout.
